The CCPA/CPRA grants California residents rights over their personal information (“PI”), including access/know, deletion, opt-out of sale/sharing, limitation of sensitive PI use, correction (where applicable), and non-discrimination. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights (e.g., no different prices/quality unless tied to your PI value via permitted incentives).

We may disclose PI in response to legal requests, to comply with law, or to protect rights/safety.

Sharing and Sale of Personal Information

We disclose PI to trusted Partners (e.g., approved financial providers listed at https://the-financial-solutions.com/approved-installers/) for business purposes (e.g., service matching). This may qualify as “sale” or “sharing” under CCPA/CPRA (e.g., for cross-context behavioral advertising). We do not sell PI outright but share for targeted offers. Third parties cannot resell without your opt-out.

In the last 12 months, we have sold/shared the categories above with service providers, Partners, and aggregators.
