This notice supplements the Financial Solutions Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

We Sell and Share Personal Information

We use that information only to process your request. If we cannot verify you, we will tell you why. Opt-out requests do not require verification.

Appeals. If we deny your request, email admin@the-financial-solutions.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will respond in writing within 45 days explaining our decision. If we deny your appeal, you may file a complaint with the California Attorney General or the California Privacy Protection Agency.
